Meet the Executive Director

Kellene (Kelli) Carpenter

Executive Director, Boca Grande Preschool

The first six years of a child’s life are crucial for their development. During these years brain development and learning are happening at an amazing rate, and this is the time to lay a solid foundation of love, support, and happiness.

Early Childhood Education has been Kellene’s passion and career path for over 30 years. She has held a variety of roles during her career including Teacher, Director, Regional Manager, and Early Childhood Coach.

In each role Kelli has held, she has worked with staff and families to provide children quality learning opportunities, recognizing individuality, instilling positive self-esteem, and a love of learning.
